Quattroflow® is a world leading manufacturer of quaternary (four-piston) diaphragm pumps for use in critical applications within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Since launching their first pump in the early 2000s, Quattroflow has established itself as the go-to brand for handing sensitive biopharmaceuticals in applications including chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), and more. With flow rates ranging from 0.06 – 16000LPH, the technology is completely scalable to your application, whether you are in a small scale laboratory or a large scale cGMP suite.

Quattroflow Fluid Systems Flow Rates Chart

Quattroflow pump technology is designed to mimic the human heart and ensure gentle, safe, and reliable transfer of shear-sensitive aqueous solutions and biologics. Its unique, 4-piston eliminates the need for a mechanical seal or wetted rotating parts, ensuring complete product containment without abrasion. Furthermore, the pump is self-priming, with minimal particle generation and can even be run dry.

    Q-Control Range

The Q-Control range of pumps add additional functionality to Quattroflow’s lineup by offering pumps with integrated PID functionality. Complex downstream unit operations such as TFF can be simplified by hooking up an sensor, allowing the pump to alternate its speed to a set pressure or flow rate.

    QF Pump Range

Quattroflow pumps are available with the option of cleanable multiple-use stainless steel pump chambers or disposable single-use plastic pump chambers. Additionally, the E/Z single-use range allows for tool-less turn around of single-use chambers. Minimising the need for keeping additional tools in your lab or cGMP suite. Finally, skid manufacturers will be delighted to learn that OEM pumps are also available, enabling easy integration with your systems.

BPES offer a complete after-sales service and we are proud to be the only Quattroflow Certified Service Centre in the UK.
