You review and approve the design, then sign off on the PO for the exact quantity required. No surprises, just clear, informed decision-making.

4. PROCUREMENT (HPNE/BPES)

We secure the right components from in-house stock or trusted suppliers. Following our example, this would include reserving the full bill of materials, from filters, tubing, and product contact materials to non-product contact fasteners and packaging.

5. PRODUCTION (HPNE/BPES)

The assembly is built by HPNE under strict manufacturing controls to meet sterility and GMP requirements. Flexibility extends to our production and order management too, with regular bi-weekly calls giving customers the opportunity to review order/ build status, delivery dates, and raise any questions related to their Single-Use supply.

6. QUALITY CONTROL (HPNE/BPES)

Rigorous inspection and optional integrity checks are carried out, with full traceability and sterility documented for every unit.
